Delivery & Setup Policy

At 208 Party Time Rentals, we take pride in providing reliable and on-time party rental delivery and setup across Southern Idaho. Whether you’re renting bounce houses, tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, or other event equipment, our team ensures everything is set up safely and ready for your celebration.

We proudly serve Rupert, Burley, Heyburn, Twin Falls, and surrounding areas — helping families, schools, churches, and communities host unforgettable events.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Southern Idaho, including but not limited to:

• Rupert, ID

• Burley, ID

• Heyburn, ID

• Paul, ID

• Mini-Cassia County and nearby communities

If you’re outside our standard delivery zone, contact us for a custom quote — we often accommodate special requests for larger events.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on the distance from our warehouse in Rupert, Idaho, and the size or number of items rented. The delivery fee includes:

• Transportation of all rental items

• Setup of inflatables, tents, and large equipment (if applicable)

• Breakdown and pickup after your event

We’ll provide a clear total when confirming your booking, so there are no surprises.

3. Setup Guidelines

Our professional team will handle all setup and takedown for most equipment, including:

• Bounce houses and inflatables (secured and tested for safety)

• Tents, tables, and chairs

• Concessions and party equipment

Please make sure the setup area is:

• Flat, level, and free from debris or animal waste

• Clear of trees, power lines, or obstacles

• Within 100 feet of a standard electrical outlet for inflatables

If you’re unsure about space or surface type (grass, concrete, etc.), let us know in advance so we can bring the right anchoring equipment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Before our delivery team arrives, please ensure that:

• The setup area is accessible (gates unlocked, vehicles moved if needed)

• Pets are secured and children kept at a safe distance during setup

• Someone 18+ is present to sign for the rental and review safety instructions

If we arrive and cannot access the area or no one is available to receive delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Pickup

Pickup is usually scheduled the same day after your event or the following morning, depending on timing and availability. Please ensure all tables, chairs, and smaller items are cleaned and stacked for easy pickup.

Our team will handle complete takedown of all inflatables and tents safely and efficiently.

6. Weather Conditions

Your safety is our top priority. In the event of strong winds, heavy rain, or lightning, we may delay or reschedule delivery to prevent accidents or damage.

If bad weather occurs during your event, please follow our safety instructions and unplug any electrical equipment or inflatables until conditions improve.
